Our Story
Kalco Living is a division of The Kalco Group — a Memphis-based holding company founded by a healthcare operations leader and entrepreneur who built his business with one vision in mind — creating something his four sons could be proud of and participate in one day. The Kalco Group is named after those four sons. Every decision we make is made with that legacy in mind.
When we looked at the Memphis rental market we saw a community full of hardworking people who simply needed access — not charity, not a handout, just a fair deal. A way to get fully equipped without wrecking their budget or surrendering their dignity to a company that profits from their desperation. So we built Kalco Living.
